Anyone age 18+ who are looking to support their immune system can use Fortress. Children under 18 should not use this product.

It is recommended that an individual take 1-2 capsules every 12 hours after meals, preferably in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner. This schedule of Fortress consumption will provide your body with the best outcome for immune system support.
